
Lead Manager - Investment Planning

- Run and implement a wide array of analytical approaches to drive the delivery of investment strategy within the vapor category.
- Track performance of investment strategies and initiatives and partner with cross functional team to optimize and accelerate NTO growth and market share performance
- Run, maintain, augment and improve existing modelling efforts to deliver robust investment aligned to total nicotine contract architecture
- Support delivery on all KPIs to drive fast-paced decision making related to key consumer and commercial business objectives.
- Integrating and leverage vast datasets of shipments, pricing, retail offtake, and transaction-level data to develop critical business intelligence and insights to inform and influence future pricing decisions for all categories
- Maintains track record of investment changes and impacts and uses as guidance for future decisions
- 3-5+ years of experience modeling, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to generate insights and strategic recommendations, complemented by experience in pricing, promotion, sales analytics, finance, and/or category management
- Proven track record of problem-solving using data and building models and performance tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful storytelling
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects with challenging deadlines
- Curious, self-starter that gets results in a dynamic environment and act with appropriate urgency
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, balancing detail with big picture thinking
- BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred
