To Learn More, please review theJob Summary:As the Delivery Coordinator, you are an ambassador of My Epic Gear and, where applicable, Epic Mountain Rentals Delivery, and are instrumental in the success of the delivery team. You will be responsible for daily communications with members, gear setup and delivery scheduling, gear movement and inventory control, and reservation management, to ensure guest service and membership satisfaction. We are looking for strong communicators with excellent organizational skills—someone who enjoys planning and logistics. Delivery Coordinators will work closely with their managers, assistant managers, and Delivery Specialists.Job Specifications:
  • Starting Wage: $22.00//hr - $26.03 /hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage incoming reservations in a timely and complete manner
  • Build delivery schedules based on the reservations and available staff/vehicles
  • Assign gear to reservations and setup gear for deliveries
  • Take lead on daily inventory integrity tasks
  • Primary contact for answering phones, checking messages/chats, and other administrative duties
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry to assist in gear selection
  • Be committed to providing exceptional service with a high level of professionalism
  • Liaison between in-store and warehouse operations, gear movement and delivery logistics
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and can adapt to changing situations
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Add tech savvy
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, and stand or kneel for 8 hours sometimes outside and in winter conditions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required
The expected pay range is $22.00//hr - $26.03 /hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
