- Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and technical support; Additionally, providing support for integrations related to Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions for long term sustainability
- Perform regular system maintenance including security, data maintenance, and user management settings
- Assist in implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities including UAT and rollout activities
- Collaborate with the team to understand the evolving nature of the salesforce platform and translate them into solutions
- 3-5 years of experience in operations or business systems with enterprise software services group
- Experience with Sales, CS, and Service tools such as Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Certinia, Planhat
- โSelf-starterโ mentality with experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical ability with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement
- Experience on the Salesforce platform in a Salesforce Administrator role with a focus on end user support and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player, with a collaborative mindset and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects for various stakeholders
- Salesforce Administrator certification and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification preferred
