Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 4 years of leadership experience needed to oversee our bespoke automation solutions division
At least 4 years of involved work with one-of-a-kind projects, particularly those incorporating industrial robots such as FANUC, Kuka, or ABB are essential
Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000 annually
Standard business hours with flexible scheduling
Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess a Green Card
Position requires onsite presence, no telecommuting
Full-time, permanent W-2 role

Provide strategic direction for all company activities, spanning engineering, production, sales, and customer service
Boost business growth by creating and implementing strategic plans for specialized automation solutions
Guide and coach a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of responsibility and continual improvement
Oversee capacity planning, resource distribution, and P&L to maintain operational excellence and profitability
Establish and sustain strong customer relationships, aiding proposals and strategic pricing
Occasional travel to trade shows and key customer locations
The successful candidate must possess:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any field)
Over 4 years of leadership and managerial experience
More than 4 years of direct involvement with customized automation projects
Proven history of managing technical projects and cross-functional teams
Residence located within a reasonable commute of Oak Creek, WI
