- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships
- Attend trade shows, meetings, and networking events to expand reach
- Generate leads and close sales through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals
- Maintain and foster strong interpersonal relationships with team members and clients
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, generating new business
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Prepare and present sales proposals, project bids, negotiate contracts, and hit sales targets
- Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers
- Travel to client sites (valid driver's license required)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Commercial cleaning industry experience
- 2+ years of proven successful sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (HubSpot Experience is a plus)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to design and develop compelling sales proposals
- A clean driving record and a valid driver's license
