Fashion meets innovation in the design of our two state-of-the-art facilities based in the heart of Austin, Texas, and overflows into the design of our growing retail environment across the country.Position OverviewThe Seasonal Part-Time Procurement Specialist will be responsible for supporting procurement activities related omni-channel packaging distribution and logistics supporting our peak holiday season, as well as supporting administrative tasks in various systems.Responsibilities:Procurement Email Inbox managementStore Orders:Tracking numbers- requesting from the suppliers and communicating to storesManage expedite requests and approvalsOwn communication with suppliers on any order issues and solutioning with storesDC Orders:Tracking numbers- requesting BOL's from suppliers and inputting into trackerDelivery appointment schedulingEnsure receipt of suppliesCommunicate with PFS to ensure counts are input on timeOrder miscellaneous unbranded supplies based on run out tracker & countsSupplier Inventory ReportsEnsure suppliers send reports Mon/Tues of the weekInput information from the reports into the Run Out document to track usage of each item by weekReview current inventory levels andCoupa AdministrationAdd/remove usersPending buyer actionNew Store Opening Order approvalsAddress updatesUpdate item costsRetail Budget UploadReview invoices pending approval by purchasing groupConfirm cost with suppliers and approve or dispute as neededSample OrganizationOrganize sample closet, label and discard as neededProject TrackerUpdate and build out project tracker with current informationPO TrackerUpdate PO Tracker with order information as bulk purchase orders are placed with suppliersFactory Supplies:Review invoices for factory packaging orders to ensure accuracyEgencia and Lyft Admin:Add/remove usersUpdate approval chainsManage guest profilesOur Ideal Candidate Will Have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience1+ years' experience in packaging development and or distributionERP system experience (COUPA is a plus)Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft ApplicationsAnalytical/Strong Attention to detailExcels in a fast-paced environmentStrong communicator and collaboratorPrevious supply chain experience a plusA shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion and PhilanthropyWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.DivisionDistributionPosition TypeSeasonalWorkplace TypeOn-site
