The LPN is responsible for providing quality health care services to all clients including managing somatic conditions, medical needs, communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocol and course, and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each enrolled client.This position supports the Residential Services Division of Pioneer Human Services by performing clinical tasks to support the provision of quality and cost-effective medical services to behavioral health clients.What you'll bring
- Must be a License Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington and have a current Washington State LPN license in good standing.
- 1-year experience working in a care setting.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with electronic charting.
- Experience working with mental health & chemical dependency clients.
- Knowledge of local resources and services for individuals who are homeless or low-income and those experiences chronic behavioral health challenges or having histories of involvement in legal system(s)
