We do train!If you haven't considered Nephrology before, read on as we think that you should.DaVita has contracted to support the following hospitals:Putnam in Carmel, NYDanbury Hospital, Danbury, CTNorthern Westchester Hospital, Mt Kisco NY(If you travel between hospitals in the same day we pay your time and mileage)Some details about this position:3 days a week (more details during phone chat)6-7 am is a typical start timeNo Dialysis experience is required (we will train) 3 months on the job.Schedule days vary - (scheduled 4 weeks in advance) days - Mon- Saturday (every other Saturday)Some on call is requiredLearn more:·····Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, if this is a multiple state region we are willing to start training prior to your getting the alternate licensure.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • We DO NOT require you to have any specific hospital experience. Just your BSN or ASN and nursing license.

  • ICU
  • Critical Care
  • Emergency (ER)
  • Med/Surgical
  • Skilled Nursing Care
  • And many other areas of nursing
