- To lead a team of 50-60 employees and manage 40+ beds.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all staff members.
- Able to enforce the regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Create and maintain a budget.
- Hire staff and employees throughout all level inside the facility.
- Bachelor's degree required preferred to be in healthcare
- No RN License needed
- LNHA License preferred or willing to get within the next year
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of administration experience preferred to be in long term care or nursing home settings.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Ability to work outside of normal operating hour as needed
- Preferred experience in managerial tasks
