- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships that align with EasyKnock's objectives and growth targets.
- Lead the business development and partnerships team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success and individual development.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential partners, including real estate agencies, financial institutions, mortgage lenders, and other relevant industry players.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes for EasyKnock and its partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations, to drive partnership integration and execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop and manage partnership performance metrics and KPIs, tracking progress and optimizing strategies to maximize partnership value and ROI.
- Represent EasyKnock at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote partnership opportunities and establish thought leadership within the industry.
- Minimum of 7 years of Business Development or B2B Growth experience
- Proven track record of success in business development, partnerships, or a related role within the real estate, fintech, or proptech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, negotiate timelines, and navigate complex situations
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience at a growth-stage private company is preferred, given the high degree of autonomy and responsibility inherent in the role
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, drive results, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change in the real estate and homeownership landscape.
- Remote-friendly environment or hybrid-friendly (2 days per week in office) if you live near our offices in the NYC or Washington, DC area
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and geographic location. Range: $150,000 - $180,000
