The IT Business Analyst SAP SD-CS is responsible for providing SAP configuration and production support for systems related activities for SAP SD and CS Modules; coordinating projects with management, users, and vendors; serves as a project leader, with overall responsibility for project implementation; client support includes continual analysis of departmental systems with focus on adding value to all processes; produces training for new processes; other duties as assigned.Job Classification: The IT Business Analyst SAP SD-CS is an exempt position.Work Site: HybridHours: Mon- Friday 8AM-5PMJob Duties● Configures SAP SD and CS module including configuring settings and collaborating with developers to design programs, reports, and interfaces.● SAP S4 experience required.● Analyst will be responsible for helping team with production support issues as they occur. Analyst should be strong in seeing issues through to resolution.● Supports Business Analysts with design, development & solution management.● Gathers and participates in requirement gathering sessions with users and sponsors to define & document.● Functional specifications, including: configuration, enhancements, custom programs, reports & forms.● Authors and communicates business process designs, business systems designs & system test plans.● Performs technical walk-through with development teams.● Presents, discusses and demos SAP Best Practices● Works on Upgrade projects planning & execution.● Supports the development team members during the detailed design & coding phase.● Responsible for Quality Assurance of related applications● Authors scripts & performs Unit, Regression & Integration testing.● Adheres to team & departmental development standards.● Participates in team activities & team planning in regard to improving team skills, awareness & quality of work.QualificationsExperience and Qualifications:· 3+ years' experience configuring SAP SD/CS in a professional environment is SAP S4 HANA or higher with strong.· 3+ years' experience supporting and troubleshooting SAP SD/CS processes and issues.· Strong knowledge of related business and implementation processes with SAP SD/CS· Ability to be proactive and can assume full responsibility of related-module activities.· Self-motivated, Flexible, Openness to learn new things, Strong focus on customer needs.· Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and exhibit an excellent sense of urgency.· Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners to implement SAP system installation, modification, and enhancements.· Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills.· Ability to prioritize, monitor and manage the progress of tasks.· Understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures, and standards.Physical Requirements:● Write, type, file, and organize.● Observe and respond to visual messages.● Observe and respond to instructions, messages, and other oral communication.● Adjust quickly and efficiently from task to task with little or no effort.● Communicate clearly in a professional and understandable manner.● Bend, reach, hold, grasp, and sort.● Regular and timely attendance.Working Conditions:● Noise level and environmental changes in the work environment.● Varied indoor temperature changes.● Perform in the presence of distractions or work challenges.Accommodations: If requested by employee or otherwise as required by law, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform essential job functions.Additional InformationWhat We Offer: *
