- Establish a rapport with customers, visitors, and vendors
- Answer phone, retrieve messages, and conduct necessary follow up
- Create maintenance work orders as required
- Prepare correspondence as needed
- Assist with file management and processing
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor
- Contribute to community/company engagement efforts
- Ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Competence with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency utilizing the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related purposes
- Ability to demonstrate behaviors which cultivate a positive professional culture
