What makes us dynamic is our supportive, vibrant, and collaborative environment, where we give you the tools you need to succeed and be able to develop leadership and clinical skills.We have openings in Michigan for dedicated School Speech Therapists to join a vibrant SLP team. Your caseload will be fun and diverse. You will evaluate patients and provide treatment in a school setting. Clinical Fellows are absolutely welcome and will thrive here! Out-of-state applicants relocation assistance up to $3000 provided if eligible.Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and treatment for speech/language disorders.
  • Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy.
  • Write clinical SOAP notes.
  • Attend and write IEPs.
  • Provide supervision for a CF or SLPA if needed or as appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Full, valid MI SLP license or valid MI teacher certificate Speech/Language Pathology and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Familiarity with communication disorders.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff.
  • Ability to build rapport with school teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, commitment, and organizational skills.
