This role emphasizes driving best practices and standardization across diverse data platforms and tools. The Data Architect will collaborate with database administration, data engineering, data scientists, data analysts, and cybersecurity teams to ensure the optimal and coherent functioning of our data ecosystems. Additionally, this role involves working closely with business partners to understand their data needs and business processes, enabling the design of simple and scalable solutions that meet organizational requirements.Data Architect Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing in Azure cloud, including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Data Lakehouse, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • 5+ years of experience working with a variety of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), database technologies, and tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, Python, PySpark, ETL/ELT processes, and designing cloud-native data pipelines.
  • 3+ years of experience in data architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and enforcing strategic systems architecture plans and design patterns.
  • 3+ years of experience in building and supporting Data warehouses
  • 1+ years working with data governance, compliance standards, and ensuring data privacy in accordance with legal and industry regulations.
  • 1+ years of hands-on knowledge of enterprise repository tools, data modeling tools, data mapping tools, master data management, data quality, data catalogs, and data profiling tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
