Mix and pelletize feed according to PPP specifications
Maintain records of all loading and receiving in a neat and orderly fashion
Accurately test quality of feed and maintain company standards of finished product
Assist in coordinating the unloading of inbound ingredients
Load feed trucks according to Dept. of Transportation specifications
Assist in coordinating maintenance of equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Adhere to all safety rules including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and process Safety Management related matters
Regular, predictable, full attendance
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Must not have exposure to poultry or birds outside of work

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Must be able to swing a 15 lb. sledgehammer
Exposure to all seasonal weather conditions
Exposure to significant amounts of air borne dust
Exposure to sustained noise levels > 85 db.
Must wear and use protective and safety equipment for the job as directed by the company
Must be able to climb heights to 120 feet
Must be able to operate a forklift
Must use required protection when maneuvering on feed truck or rail cars
Ability to use hands to feel objects, tools, and controls
Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pound boxes and bagged materials
Ability to regularly stand, walk, and climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Must have close and distance vision and ability to distinguish colors
Must be able to be fitted for and use a respirator
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required
