IT Inventory Specialist

• Order and replenish supplies as needed to support operations.
• Oversee shipping and receiving of equipment and materials.
• Maintain and organize stockrooms and supply areas.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Issue and track deployable communication equipment.
• Maintain inventory control systems and prepare reports.
• Create and deliver logistical reports and presentations.
• Support load-out/load-in of equipment, including aircraft pallets, trucks, trailers, and vans.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT equipment from acquisition through deployment.
• Ensure all IT equipment is properly registered, tracked, and documented.
• Produce and update online records for accountable property.
• Assist with vehicle and equipment loading/unloading.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning on vehicles and facilities.

• Clearance: Active TS with SCI eligibility; may require polygraph and/or drug testing.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT inventory or logistics roles.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with government logistics systems and database management.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 70 lbs, perform prolonged kneeling, and climb trucks or equipment.
• Deployment: Must be able to deploy with 1-hour recall, both CONUS and OCONUS.
