Experienced Functional Analyst (Hyperion/Oracle)
Active DoD Interim or Secret clearance is preferred - Client is open to processing clearance for the right candidate
7+ years of business analyst experience focused on the use of Oracle Hyperion systems, including Hyperion Planning or Hyperion Budget and Planning
Strong hands on experience with PPBE processes for Air Force or Office of Secret Defense
Heavy experience supporting Government budget/Financial systems
Strong hands on experience with Oracle technologies including the DMR Suite or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise (OBIEE)
Experience with CI/CD pipelining
Understanding of AGILE processes
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong documentation skills
Highly analytical strong attention to detail
Active Security+ce (obtained within 2 weeks of being hired)
Bachelors Degree or 3+ additional years of relevant experienceDUTIES:
Provide Tier II and Tier III support for client on financial systems
Use in-depth knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle to support the design and development of the PBES application
Perform as a business systems analyst, evaluating current and to-be business processes for implementation with the system architecture and design
Perform application software design based on new requirements
Support for the integration of Oracle business systems with Hyperion business intelligence capabilities
Assist in functional testing
