You’ll be the warm, friendly, and efficient first point of contact for our clients — helping set the tone for each visit and ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to checkout.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming clients and patients in person, by phone, and emailScheduling appointments and managing daily workflowTriaging medical questions and communicating with the veterinary teamManaging check-ins, checkouts, and billing with accuracyAssisting with client communications, marketing, and general administrative supportKeeping our front desk organized, polished, and client-readyWhat We’re Looking For:Veterinary reception or animal care experience preferredA strong communicator who is calm, clear, and compassionateComfortable working in a high-energy environment with a positive attitudeExcellent multitasking and time management skillsA team player who is organized, dependable, and client-focusedInside Spot On Veterinary:A full-service veterinary hospital offering preventative, urgent, and specialty careA luxury overnight care space with suites, TVs, cozy beds, and daycare accessA full-service spa and grooming centerAdvanced care offerings including rehabilitation, physical therapy, acupuncture, and moreHow to Apply:
