- 3-4 clinic days per week
- Average 15-18 clinic patients per day
- 1:5 call - light volumes with CNMs taking inital call
- 12 exam rooms and 4 ORs
- Private physician offices
- Transitioning to Epic EMR
- Up to $410,000 guaranteed base salary (DOE)
