We are an independent, family-owned contractor, delivering Amazon packages in the Puyallup, Frederickson, Graham, Eatonville, Lakeland, McMillan and Tacoma Junction.As a team, we value delivery drivers who strive to improve every day. We reward drivers who can meet and exceed expectations, with a calm, positive attitude.Our delivery drivers swiftly deliver up to 300 packages a day to residences and businesses in a blue, Amazon-branded van. We provide the van, the gas, the uniform, the support and the training.Job DescriptionDelivery routes start and end from the Amazon Delivery Warehouse at 5509 Military Rd.   • Weekly paychecks every Friday
  • Start time 10:20 am. Finish time 9:00 pm or earlier (Finish early, get paid a full 10 hrs, when requirements are met)

  • Top Pay for Top Performance – Base pay of $23.00- $24.50/hour + bonuses earned. Our delivery drivers earn $23-$27.50/hr including their bonus pay. Bonuses paid weekly based on clearly defined requirements.
  • Better Bonuses – We offer bonuses other teams don’t! 10 Hour Top-off Hours, and Safety Bonus. You determine how much you earn through your efforts
  • Full-time Fleet support – Our delivery vans are clean and in good condition, maintained by a dedicated staff, repairs are addressed right away.
  • Highly organized, dependable support team on duty to help you, every shift
  • Work four, 10-hour shifts per week. Optional fifth-day OT available seasonally.
  • Medical, Dental and Vision coverage after 30 days for full-time employees
  • Up to 2 weeks paid time off per year

YOU ARE A GREAT FIT FOR THE JOB IF:
  • You love to move! This job is active from day one! You will be walking around 20,000 steps each day while lifting packages up to 50 lbs, carrying up steps, steep driveways and in all weather conditions

  • You are a safe driver and able to operate a large cargo van, following strict safety standards
  • You are tech savvy, able to use GPS and Hand-held tech devices
QualificationsBASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • MUST be available to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular, weekly schedule, every week
  • MUST be 21 years of age or older
  • MUST be authorized to work in the United States
  • MUST have a valid driver's license issued in the United States
  • MUST be physically fit. From day one you will need to get in and out of the van up to 200 times, walk 7-12 miles, and lift up to 300 packages
  • Can speak, read, and write in English
