We're looking for candidates with hands-on experience in both operational and project-based tech environments to help drive efficiencies and support our day-to-day operations.Responsibilities of this position will include:
Complete the ongoing operational tasks for projects, including but not limited to: project processing, report generation, data verification and distribution, web testing, web site content updates, data-related activities such as data file loads and data troubleshooting.
Ensure the timely receipt and processing of all customer data and downstream application updates.
Proactively evaluate existing processes and aid in implementing improvements that drive efficiency and accuracy.
Complete documentation for new features/procedures.
Communicate with the Customer Technology Manager on program status, issues and changes. * Monitor and respond to inquiries and escalations related to projects.
Troubleshoot production data or site functionality issues.
Use SQL frequently to run ad-hoc reporting requests and research client questions and processing issues.
Ideal candidates will possess the following requirements:
BA/BS or 2-year technical degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
Understanding of software development process.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SQL and MS office tools.
Process oriented, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and assignments.
