Job Title: Machine Programmer IIILocation: Kent, WADuration: 6 MonthsShifts Available:A Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (2 openings)C Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (36 hrs/week) (1 opening)Key Responsibilities:Develop and modify NC programs for CNC mills, lathes, multi-axis machines, and vertical turning lathes (VTLs)Design machining strategies using engineering design dataPrepare and maintain setup sheets for precision component manufacturingCollaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to optimize resultsDesign custom tools and fixtures for unique applicationsProvide DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) feedback to engineering teamsLead and implement machining and administrative process improvementsReview and approve finished products in compliance with company standardsMaintain accurate documentation and configuration controlEnsure safety compliance in a high-performance industrial environmentRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in NC programmingStrong understanding of blueprints and GD&T (ASME Y14.5M-1994)Experience in setup sheet creation, tool and fixture design, and cutter selectionProficient with machining materials such as Inconel, stainless steel, and aluminumAbility to perform accurate feed and speed calculationsStrong communication and team collaboration skillsFamiliarity with hand tools and general PC operationHighly organized, self-driven, and deadline-focusedCommitted to fostering a positive, inclusive, and professional team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience with MasterCam X7 or newerFamiliarity with Unigraphics NX, Vericut, or similar simulation softwarePrevious experience operating CNC machineryPractical hands-on experience as a machinistAbout Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
