
Event Administrator - Greek & Mediterranean Brands

- Assists restaurant in creating, maintaining positive and influential brand presence
- Work with core marketing team on ad campaigns & content to market restaurant
- Assists with development and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns
- Track sales data for each promotion/event; analyze trends; make recommendations to increase sales/attendance
- Maintain relationships with repeat guests & clientele
- Work closely with Event Sales and Marketing Manager on all inbound event leads, selling, event planning, overseeing all contracted events on and off-premise
- Able to organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks/projects to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with various vendors
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Responsible for large party reservations in the Main Dining Room
- Administrative duties including preparing meeting materials, creating event contracts and other tasks as assigned by the Event Sales and Marketing Manager
- Minimum two years of event or marketing experience, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to communicate efficiently with management teams and clients
- Flexible with scheduling, including evening and weekend hours and holidays
- Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more per day
