Type : Temporary (30 days, with potential for temp-to-hire)Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core human resources functions for a 30-day assignment, with potential for temp-to-hire based on performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of HR experience and be confident handling full-cycle hiring, onboarding, compliance tasks, and general HR support. This role requires someone who can start immediately and take ownership of daily responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle hiring including job postings, new hire paperwork, drug screening coordination, and onboarding supportProcess new hire templates and send benefit onboarding emails (copy manager)Administer and track random drug screenings (quarterly via EScreen, up to 50 employees)Coordinate and send monthly performance review reminders and track last pay increasesDraft and distribute a monthly benefits newsletterMaintain and send age-out notifications using templates from shared driveSupport and track leaves of absence , including preparing documents for new cases (e.g., PLOA)Prepare and distribute termination packets and final pay documentationOrder retirement plaques and packets using internal resources and vendors (e.g., PersonalizationMall)Draft and distribute missed premium deduction letters as needed (info from finance)Maintain onboarding spreadsheets and documentation for all new hiresFollow up on auto policy compliance and assist with other administrative HR tasks as assignedQualifications2–3 years of experience in a human resources or HR support roleStrong organizational and follow-through skillsAble to handle confidential information with discretionWorking knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, and benefits administrationReliable, detail-oriented, and able to start immediatelyExperience with Microsoft Office and comfort navigating shared drives
