- Responsible for delivering appropriate information to the customer regarding the different financial services with the main objective of increasing Prospera Sales.
- Responsible for promoting with each customer that visit the store all financial services.
- Operate a computer and process the financial transactions effectively.
- Responsible for the cash originated from the financial transaction.
- Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service.
- Responsible for compliance with the manual of policies and procedures.
- Responsible for inventory services under custody.
- Responsible for maintaining the supervisor informed of any event that might require his/her intervention.
- Responsible for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining a good working environment.
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
- Experience in operating computers and conducting financial transactions.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Experience in direct sales to customers.
- Understanding of the company policies and procedures.
- Applicant should be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under little or no supervision.
- High school diploma required
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and use the hands to handle, finger, or feel objects, tools or controls.
- The employee must frequently walk, talk or hear, and reach with the hands and arms; occasionally, the employee must crouch or kneel.
- The employee must occasionally exert or lift up to 20 pounds carrying boxes of records and forms and frequently exert or lift moderate amounts of weight.
- Successful performance requires specific vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
