- Managing the Firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, including data quality, user license management, marketing lists, reports, etc.
- Assisting with CRM training.
- Learning and utilizing Concep and other software tools as needed to support the distribution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with the Firm’s website, social media accounts, and blogs.
- Assisting with editing various marketing materials.
- Collaborating with the marketing/business development team members and performing other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of marketing and/or business development experience. Law firm experience is preferred
- Superior aptitude for detail and accuracy while exhibiting a high degree of critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Must work well under pressure and be a self-starter, problem-solver, proactive thinker, and team player.
- Diplomacy, tact, and ability to maintain confidentiality are required.
