- Drive sales in the designated territory, primarily focusing on non-refuse equipment like sewage systems, street sweepers, and related environmental products.
- Proactively identify potential clients, establish strong business relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Provide exceptional client service and support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Effectively manage rental and used equipment sales, leveraging your knowledge to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Regularly meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the territory.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the Waste, Recycling, or Environmental Services industry.
- Prior experience in selling non-refuse equipment and managing rental/used equipment sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to effectively present and sell products to a variety of clients.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
