
LTL Auditor

- Perform audits on select completed orders and verify that the product selected matches what was ordered.
- Apply appropriate labels to each pallet order according to customer and hazmat regulations.
- Once an audit is complete, they must contact the lead then correct the errors discovered prior to the order being sent out
- Surface issues, which can pose risk to the company, to management’s attention
- Audits products on pallets by starting on bottom of pallet and going from pallet to pick ticket
- Ensures all small, crushable, and loose products are properly repacked/repicked
- Ensures address labels are correct by verifying against pick ticket
- Ensures BOL is completed correctly
- Understand, support, and execute all work in the established procedures, methods and working requirements
- Implements and maintains department policies and standards
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

- Having the ability to support picking and packing if needed

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months-2 years of auditing experience
- Experience in Freight/Pallet Auditing, Operations or Logistics
- Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to either stand or sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, push, pull, reach, grab, turn, twist, and/or stop
- Ability to grab small parts or hand tools with hands
- Vision and depth perception suitable for use of utilizing machinery and/or a computer
- Manual dexterity suitable for use of utilizing machinery and/or a computer
- Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes which permits the employee to work in a warehouse
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-50 lbs
- Ability to sit and stand up to 20-70% of the time comfortably, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be comfortable working in a complex production machining and assembly environment
- The working area is primarily in a manufacturing environment located around machines and heavy equipment such as a forklift or pallet operator
- Operation of the machine requires working with, and meeting, various materials, and substances
- Willingness to wear finger cots, masks, and/or safety vest
- Working temperatures may vary from hot, cold, humid, wet, or dry
- Working hours may be extended and weekends may be required to meet manufacturing needs
