We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pension and Annuity Specialist to join our team. This is a unique role requiring a blend of financial, administrative, and client service skills. While prior pension/annuity experience is highly valued, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate who has a strong foundation in accounting and professional experience.The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy while managing sensitive financial information.Key Responsibilities:Process and maintain pension and annuity records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsAssist with benefit calculations, eligibility determinations, and payment processingProvide support in responding to participant inquiries regarding pension and annuity plansCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and documentationAssist with audits, reconciliations, and preparation of pension-related reportsMaintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standardsParticipate in training and ongoing development to build expertise in pension and annuity administrationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred1-3 years of accounting or financial experience requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Willingness to learn pension and annuity processes through structured trainingWhat We Offer:Competitive salary in the $55K-$60K rangeTraining and development opportunities for career growthSupportive team environmentConnectConnect EnabledNoPay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per yearBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
