Job Title: Mechanical EngineerJob DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Recommend and implement engineering changes with clear ROI and business alignment.
  • Lead cost reduction and performance improvement initiatives for existing products.
  • Evaluate product data to enhance reliability, efficiency, and manufacturability.
  • Drive Lean initiatives such as 5S and value stream mapping.
  • Analyze and resolve field issues using root cause analysis and testing.
  • Support Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Bill of Material (BOM) updates.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams for problem-solving and design-for-assembly.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation including CAD models and test plans.
  • Conduct and participate in design reviews to improve product robustness.
  • Support product testing, validation, and regulatory compliance.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.00 - $52.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
