- Telehealth Provider for mostly Medicare Patients
- 8 Week Contract – April 29 – June 28
- Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM
- Value-Based Healthcare Company
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Quickly discern accurate patient status, conditions, and medications
- Care coordination assessments.
- Patient volume management
- Valid New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP) with no restrictions
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Board Certified
- DEA License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of NP experience
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Must be able to work the full-time schedule Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM for the duration of the contract
- Already credentialed with health plans a PLUS
