Are you passionate about sales, team leadership, and growing a business? The AGM plays a pivotal role in scaling revenue and expanding our member base. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive membership growth, hit performance KPIs, and lead a high-performing, customer-obsessed team. - Own the sales floor: actively drive membership sales and increase ticket size by educating clients on the value of regular wellness care.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals and sales targets.
- Implement high-conversion sales strategies and lead sales huddles, training, and performance coaching.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics daily; adjust strategies to ensure team alignment with goals.
- Recruit, coach, and retain top talent with a passion for hitting goals.
- Build a culture of accountability and motivation through daily stand-ups and regular performance feedback.
- Ensure all team members represent the Scenthound brand and deliver exceptional service.
- Support management in overseeing daily operations and optimizing labor efficiency, average ticket size, and rebook ratios.
- Maintain a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment for dogs and their humans.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational protocols.
- Convert customer interest into committed members by showcasing the value of wellness-based grooming.
- Resolve issues quickly, using empathy and expertise to turn challenges into loyalty.
- Cultivate client relationships to drive referrals, upgrades, and retention.
- Demonstrated sales success with a track record of beating quota.
- Energetic, persuasive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate a team to reach and exceed goals.
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused with a proactive mindset.
- Sales background with concrete examples of performance.
- Eagerness to grow into a leadership role (prior management experience a plus, not required).
- Physically able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in a smoke-free environment.
