Work Schedule: The work schedule is a regular will vary based on the need with the occasional overnight travel (pending your territory).Summary of Duties:· Manages the assigned accounts (10-50) within region in terms of service delivery satisfaction and future service sales.· Meet with customers and subcontractors to evaluate and provide improved and expanded services in area.· Develop and implement plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and subcontractors.· Visit accounts as prescribed in portfolio and review and or complete audits and submit.· Develop and implement staffing schedules to meet customer contract requirements.· Prepare and timely submit management reports.· Make minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and / or submit service orders for major repairs if needed.· Provide backup crew work in emergency situations.What’s In It for You?
