- Contact and create appointments from leads via phone, email, chat or text
- Perform vehicle demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Enter information in our CRM product to ensure proper future follow-up
- Use CRM product for all customer contact and interactions, therefore keeping the BDC staff up-to-date on customers’ current status
- Use CRM retention tool to effectively communicate with customers that may be in a buying position and solicit their business
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
- Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others
- Work with management to finalize sales, obtain financing for potential clients, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven customer service experience, including CSI
- Prior experience in luxury sales preferred but not required
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
