- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and fluid services.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify areas needing further attention.
- Complete Multi-Point Inspections (MPIs) and clearly record findings.
- Partner with service advisors and parts staff to ensure fast, efficient service.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right candidate!

- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience as an Express Lube Technician, Automotive Technician or education with an Automotive Technical school preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- A high level of personal motivation and demonstrated ability to learn and succeed.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to understand and apply common sense.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
