JOB SUMMARYThe Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for coordinating all incoming and outgoing shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse environment. This role ensures accurate documentation, proper handling of materials, and timely movement of goods to support production and customer delivery needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems. · Competitive Compensation: $19-22 based on experienceWHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and inspect for accuracy and quality.
  • Accurately enter data into Oracle to track receipts and shipments.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and packaging to meet customer and carrier requirements.
  • Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule and track deliveries.
  • Maintain organized records of shipping and receiving activities.
  • Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment as needed.
  • Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as required.
  • Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP system strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
