- Receive incoming shipments, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and inspect for accuracy and quality.
- Accurately enter data into Oracle to track receipts and shipments.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and packaging to meet customer and carrier requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule and track deliveries.
- Maintain organized records of shipping and receiving activities.
- Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment as needed.
- Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as required.
- Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience with Oracle ERP system strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
