- Inspectfacilitiesandequipmenttodetermineneedandextentofservice,equipment required, and type and number of operation and maintenance personnel needed.
- Completedutiessuchasmaintenance,repair,orrenovationandobtainsbids for additional work from outside contractors upon direction from management
- May assist incontractedprojectstoverifyadherenceto specifications
- Purchasebuildingandmaintenancesupplies,machinery,and equipment, as needed
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor in keeping in line with thedepartment budget
- Assist around the property any cleaning and upkeep, as needed
- Assist with unit turns, as directed
- Attend and participate in regular meetings and trainings, as assigned
