As an M&A International Tax Intern, you be part of a team that advises multinational corporations, privately equity firms, privately held companies, and partnerships on the tax aspects of planning, structuring, due diligence and executing M&A transactions.Duties and Responsibilities:Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on delivering due diligence and tax structuring services, communicating findings and opportunities to clientsAssist in managing the international tax component of due diligence projects by participating on client calls, interviewing targets and their tax advisors, and assisting in coordinating local country RSM due diligenceLearn to assist other members of the M&A Tax and International Tax practices on various cross-border tax issues such as permanent establishment, corporate reorganizations, Section 367, Subpart F, and non-US direct and indirect tax issues.​Basic Qualifications:
  • 90 credit hours completed
  • Working towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university
  • Accounting Major
  • Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively on a team
  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment
