Acts autonomously on most decisions without guidance or direction AND delivers renewal messaging for most clients within book of business.Uses judgment on more manual renewals to execute on service plan. Has deep understanding of markets to make informed recommendations to clients.May also perform activities in Other Responsibilities, but majority of day-to-day is spent in the Primary Activities.Primary ResponsibilitiesPrimary Activities (60% or more of time)Evaluates exposures and renewal quoteReview upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarketMake coverage recommendationsUtilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotesTransact agency billing (where applicable)Obtain signed binding and notifies carriersReviews binding documents for accuracyContract ReviewsResponsible for rounding out accounts and “Selling all of World”Other Responsibilities, as applicableSetup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPICProcess renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insuranceAttach, organize, and name documents in EPICInitiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoicesLeverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc.Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team memberMay be responsible for pulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.Position Specific Skills/QualificationsWork Experience3+ Years’ experience in Personal Property & Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.Professional Licenses/CertificationsMust hold state Property & Casualty insurance licenseEssential Skills/CompetenciesMust be proficient in Excel (specifically Excel formulas, charts and tables); Word, and other MS office Products.Able to understand new technology platforms quicklyProficient in agency management systems and carrier sitesHands on personal approach to customer service. Maintains effective relationships with clients, co-workers, and colleagues.Able to work in a team environment.
