In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services.Job Purpose:We currently have a vacancy for a Associate Program Manager. This position is based in our Fremont facility in the heart of Silicon Valley. This position is responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development.Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
Managing and developing project plans.
Manage the activities of a cross functional team(s) to ensure completion of the project on time.
Review status with the customer and the management team.
Understand and drive written understanding of the project and develop Contract/MSA terms with customer and the business development team.
Maintain good customer relationship to avoid escalations.
Drive effective meetings with both internal and external teams.
Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it is required to avoid delays in project completion.
Ensure timely implementation of ECOs.
Ensure proper closure of customer related A/R issues.
Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met.
Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development.
Understands Sanmina offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina products or services.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in program manager.
Experience in the mechanical and electrical as well as integration.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, ect).
Team Player.
