- Preparing and cooking breakfast meals according to established recipes and the Inn's requirements
- Ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection and nicely presented
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while preparing and handling food items
- Maintaining a clean and organized working space, including kitchen equipment and tools
- Ensuring inventory levels are maintained, supplies needed are replenished
- Keep food cost in check while maintaining excellent food
- Coordinating with the front desk staff to ensure that special dietary needs are accommodated
- Providing training and guidance to junior kitchen staff members.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, Certified Serve-Safe
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- A willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
