We are seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead and oversee nursing operations within a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with staff and families.Responsibilities:Supervise and guide nursing staff while delegating responsibilities appropriately.Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and accurate charting.Ensure compliance with LTC regulations and quality assurance standards.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to optimize care.Respond promptly to emergencies and clinical issues.Qualifications:Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire.Minimum of 2 years of long-term care experience.Previous leadership or charge RN experience preferred.Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends.
