- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
- Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following site-specific procedures and providing guidance as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
- Availability across various days and shifts

- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
