- Engage directly with residential customers, conversing with them on their services, their desire for telecommunication and internet needs, and understand their requests
- Tailor and present personalized fiber service sales proposals that put customer interests first
- Follow up promptly on all customer inquiries, ensuring concerns and questions are addressed clearly and professionally
- Process sales orders for customers directly on the spot
- Stay up to date on all internet promotions, areas of service, and upgrade options
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and service agreements in line with company policies
- Support customers by explaining how advanced fiber technology can improve their daily lives
- Prior experience in a customer service, sales, retail, or similar role
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories using reliable transportation
- Familiarity with computer systems, software applications, and communication devices is a plus
- Time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to be flexible when adapting to new changes
