A well-established, nationally recognized restaurant group is seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Operations to oversee a group of high-volume, full-service restaurants. This role is responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, and team development across multiple locations.We’re looking for a proven multi-unit leader who thrives in a full-service dining environment with bar operations, has a strong track record of delivering results, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead 8–10 restaurants within the assigned territory, ensuring operational, service, and brand standards are metRecruit, develop, and mentor General Managers to deliver strong performance and leadership bench strengthDrive operational and financial results through effective P&L management, including food cost, labor, and controllable expensesPartner with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and team engagementWhy This Role?
