- Assist in the development and management of governance deliverables to support Global Banking.
- Conduct monitoring and collaborate with global and local stakeholders on metrics requiring escalation or resolution.
- Serve as a point of contact for global and local stakeholders.
- Assist in managing escalations to ensure stakeholders are informed of changes in scope, issues, and risks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Help assess changes across existing policies, standards, and processes to identify potential gaps or areas for improvement.
- Communicate directives to program stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and assist in preparing meeting materials and minutes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in the financial services industry with a background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, project management, or compliance.
- Professional, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality results both independently and in a team setting.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines across multiple assignments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and interact across various organizational levels.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to independently solve problems with data.
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, and conflict.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
