  • JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
  • 10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Experience engaging with regulators, such as States AG, FTC, DOJ, and global authorities.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 15 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
  • Experience litigating complex matters with a global docket, including working through resolving multi-jurisdictional regulatory and civil matters.
  • Experience working with technology companies and ability to understand complex technical issues.
  • Experience working with public company boards and their counsel, including special committees and audit committees.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, problem solving, and investigative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a bias for action and goal to meet the standards of integrity.
About the jobAs a Regulatory and Litigation Senior Counsel Manager, you’ll join a US-based team that leads global strategy for defending the company in responses to governments and regulators. You will manage a team of lawyers, defining a global defense strategy, conducting investigations, representing the company in regulatory engagements, and leading regulatory enforcement matters and overlapping private civil litigation. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $266,000-$374,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Lead strategy and defenses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters globally.
  • Develop factual narratives relating to your matters, including overseeing the production of information for external submissions and disclosures.
  • Provide legal advice on government and regulatory matters. Manage a team.
