- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
- 10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Experience engaging with regulators, such as States AG, FTC, DOJ, and global authorities.
- 15 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Experience litigating complex matters with a global docket, including working through resolving multi-jurisdictional regulatory and civil matters.
- Experience working with technology companies and ability to understand complex technical issues.
- Experience working with public company boards and their counsel, including special committees and audit committees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, problem solving, and investigative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a bias for action and goal to meet the standards of integrity.
- Lead strategy and defenses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters globally.
- Develop factual narratives relating to your matters, including overseeing the production of information for external submissions and disclosures.
- Provide legal advice on government and regulatory matters. Manage a team.
