- 3+ years of experience with developing, creating, managing, and exporting Microsoft Power Apps Solutions
- 2+ years of experience with programming or scripting languages
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing Power Automate Flows for process automation
- 1+ years of experience with Kafka
- 1+ years of experience with the Agile development process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps canvas and model-driven architectural design principles, administration, and governance
- Ability to create solutions as part of a collaborative team and perform in a fast-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities
- 3+ years of experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors
- Knowledge of modern DevOps tools, including content repositories, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance and security standards
- Experience with Data and Dataverse entity-modeling and creation
- Experience with dataflows for data modeling, creation, and ingestion
- 1+ years of experience supporting business process analysis
- Ability to analyze time and effort estimation of design and development work to support sprint planning and roadmap planning
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification
- Microsoft M365 Administration Certification
