- Drive digital strategy development, documentation, and execution for CCL Hospitality Group, including development and tracking of KPIs in alignment with business objectives
- Lead third-party partner roadmap and program management for key solutions (e.g., MealSuite) in partnership with sector representatives, HD, and CD team members
- Lead ongoing digital consulting services for CCL Hospitality Group, driving decisions towards implementation of optimal, best practice solutions.
- Lead and participate in tech & digital innovation summits and quarterly digital reviews for clients and operators for CCL Hospitality Group
- Participate and lead new business sales and retention engagement process (e.g. RFP responses, presentations, demonstrations) as the digital subject matter export for CCL Hospitality Group
- Lead team in researching and understanding market trends in digital, food service, support services healthcare technology and analyze market position.
- Procure regular feedback and gather requirements from the business and research new solution opportunities in support of ongoing digital innovation.
- Advocate for the CCL Hospitality Group business divisions using existing technological resources and solutions to improve the operational efficiencies and enhance the daily activities.
- Represent Healthcare Digital at major business meetings (e.g. sector regional and divisional, zones and summits).
- Adopt a liaison role in the case of issues with major accounts and provide guidance to accounts in the case of escalations
- Manage and develop team of Directors and Digital Strategy Managers, including identifying, hiring, training, and ongoing coaching of associates
- Partner with peers to develop and maintain digital best practices for CCL Hospitality Group
- Partner with HD Digital Delivery team leadership on development of intake and project hand-off processes and management of technology project pipeline
- Contribute positively to the broader Healthcare Digital Strategy Team knowledge base, best practices, and collaborative team culture
- Represent Healthcare Digital and Compass Digital, customers, and potential customers, in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Minimum 10+ years related experience in the digital, technology, and/or operations space
- Problem-solver with strong sense of curiosity and creativity
- Service-oriented leader with strong organizational skills
- Strong relationship management and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Food service or hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Senior/community living industry experience is desired
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree is strongly preferred
