- Implement comprehensive global F&B strategies that align with Hilton's Lifestyle F&B brand values and business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead initiatives to inspire creativity in F&B offerings, ensuring Hilton remains at the forefront of the hospitality industry.
- Oversee brand pilots, change management communications, project management, performance analytics and provide updates and context to leadership teams.
- Shape the F&B guest experience strategy for Hilton's Lifestyle brands, ensuring alignment with each brand's identity and values.
- Help develop tools, playbooks, and brand immersion materials to guide property-level execution and team member education.
- Liase with the Customer & Brand Insights team to translate data into experience-driven decisions and KPIs.
- Partner with global Brand Operations to co-develop a structured openings strategy and manage change across regions.
- Identify trends in technology, ESG, and consumer behavior to inform concept development and brand differentiation.
- Support the design and rollout of training content, onboarding journeys, and learning platforms for Lifestyle F&B leaders.
- Collaborate with the Lifestyle Category Strategy and Lifestyle F&B team to provide daily support on strategy and initiatives, provide insights, project plans, and governance.
- Work with internal partners including brand management, operations and development to ensure cohesive execution of F&B strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure F&B offerings are communicated and integrated into the guest experience.
- Work with partners in EMEA and APAC to lead Team Member education and service execution across our regional teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of brand immersion materials, service experience solutions, learning and development programs, and service training framework for Lifestyle hotels, using customer insights to enhance guest experiences and hotel performance.
- Define the Lifestyle F&B brand strategy, service philosophy, values, terminologies, and rituals. Design GM and F&B leadership training for new openings and ongoing hotel support to create a lifestyle experience on property.
- Establish guidelines for F&B operations that uphold brand integrity and reflect approved Lifestyle concepts to provide the best experience across all properties.
- Develop new Data & Analytics metrics and frameworks to measure the performance of F&B outlets globally.
- Develop case studies, business cases and strategy documents using data and insights.
- Ten (10) years of professional experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, project management, food and beverage strategy and operations, or management consulting.
- Five (5) years of experience in a global corporation or food and beverage company
- Three (3) years of experience developing strategic roadmaps using data insights
- Two (2) years of experience creating and managing project plans for large organizations
- Experience creating strategic presentations, business cases and case studies using data
- Experience leading teams and collaborative projects
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, Word, and MS Teams applications
- Willing to travel up to 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally
- Willing to work in the New York City office as required
